Bus Pickup - Heraklion
For those staying in Heraklion City that will be riding on the bus, please meet in the City Centre (exact location TBC).

For those staying in Kokkini Hani that will be riding on the bus, please meet outside Zorba’s Beach & Bar.

Ceremony

Groom Party Arrives
In Greek wedding tradition, the groom’s party arrives early to the venue of the ceremony. All guests on behalf of the groom will arrive at the Church before the ceremony starts and congregate outside of the church building.
4:45pm
Ceremony Begins
The Bride’s family will arrive in convoy at the church with musicians. They will walk together to the church and the ceremony will begin.
5:00pm
Ceremony Concludes
Ceremony will conclude and will be followed by photos taken at the church with close family to the bride and groom. Everyone taking the bus will re-board to travel to the reception venue.
6:00pm - 6:30pm
Reception

Reception Begins
7:00pm
Festivities will continue at the reception venue. It will include a healthy serving of food, dancing and music for all.
There will be unlimited cocktails being served from 9:00pm - 1:00am. (Cocktail options TBC)
Traditional Cretan musicians will be playing until 12:00am, after which a DJ will take over.
Cretan dancing will be happening throughout the night, and we greatly encourage everyone to take part in it. It’s easier than you think!
Spaghetti will be served at around 3:30am, for those who last that long.
Reception Concludes
Throughout the night, guests may choose to leave earlier if they wish by calling a taxi.
For those that stay till the end, the bus will be leaving around 4:00 to take everyone back to their originating bus stop.
